We began CJ Beeps Equipment to give the Tri-State area another outlet for parts, service, sales, and consignment farm equipment. With deep roots in our local community, we are committed to providing excellent equipment and service.
Eric started selling for Schmitt Implement in 2004. He then went to work at Sindt Implement until 2010 when he came to Bodensteiner Implement. With all these years working with equipment, Beeps began CJ Beeps Equipment in 2019.
Justin graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agriculture Studies in 2021. He then started at Sloan Implement’s Cuba City location as an Equipment Salesmen before joining CJ Beeps Equipment later in 2021.
Joe brings 30 years of parts industry experience through ownership of the local NAPA. He then joined CJ Beeps Equipment in 2023.
Matt graduated from NICC Calmar with a degree in Ag Business. He then started at Hendricks Feed in 2015, then in 2018 he started at Scherrman’s Implement as a full time parts guy before joining CJ Beeps Equipment in 2021 as parts manager.
Adam started as a mechanic at Bodensteiner Implement in Cascade in 2012. He started there as an intern through the John Deere Tech program at NICC. He moved to Bodensteiner's Dyersville location in 2016 where he worked until joining CJ Beeps Equipment.
Jesse graduated Kirkwood with a degree in Diesel Ag Technology. He then started at P&K Midwest in 2016 as a mechanic, then in 2019 he started at Big Wheels Repair before joining CJ Beeps Equipment in 2021.
Kevin graduated from Hawkeye Tech in 2000 for Ag & Diesel Truck. He worked for a Case IH dealer for 21 years. He worked in a Case IH shop & drove service truck for 12 years. For over 21 years Kevin has been an expert in precision/GPS farming. Later in 2020 Kevin joined the team at CJ Beeps Equipment.
Justin graduated from Hawkeye in 2015 for Agriculture Power Technology. He started at Helle Farm Equipment as a mechanic in 2015 before joining CJ Beeps Equipment in 2021.
Sam graduated from Kirkwood in 2021 for Diesel Ag Tech & GPS Tech. He then started at Bodensteiner in Monticello as a mechanic before joining CJ Beeps Equipment in 2022.
Austin attended Northeast Iowa Community College where he studied Diesel Mechanics. After graduation he went on to work at McClain Excavating then Finzel Repair before joining CJ Beeps Equipment in 2021.
Willy attended Kirkwood Community College for Ag Diesel Technician. He worked at CLH Repair in Cascade in 2020 before going to Manco Farms. He joined us at CJ Beeps in 2024. When he is not in the shop, he enjoys working on his family’s dairy farm.
Brittany started as a teller at Dubuque Bank and Trust in 2011. She worked there until 2013 when she moved to American Trust (MidwestOne). She worked as a personal banker until she joined CJ Beeps Equipment in 2020.
Danielle graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agriculture Communication. She then started at Three Rivers FS in 2018 as an office administrator before joining CJ Beeps Equipment in 2021.
Mariah graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Business and Finance and is currently working on her accounting degree. She worked within the banking industry for 5 years before joining the CJ Beeps Equipment team in 2024.
Adrian started working at a dairy in Wisconsin as a farm hand after graduation. He then joined the CJ Beeps Equipment team in 2022.
Kevin has a self taught degree in hard lessons. He joined us at CJ Beeps in 2024 in the operations department after 20 years at Simon Fire Equipment.
Jake joined the CJ Beeps team while he was in school at Cascade High School, he then came on full time after graduation in 2025.
